Does anyone experience workplace harassment or bullying by staff or subordinates?
Any advise for constant harassment (10+ years) and bullying by former coworkers who are now subordinates (1 year)?

I just left my job after 9 1/2 years; there is nothing you can do about it!
They will always promote the ones who don't do their job, and dump more work on you till you quit!
UNFAIR! !!!

Don't do any good! They always win!!!

Yes call you a Lawyer but have another gig on deck

I did once only ONCE ! These are the people that did not get along with real people in grammar school ,high school and college they didn't go to the prom have johnny lighting sets or hot wheel sets or dolls etc. So they take it out on you, the cowards they are shark shit in their lives ,they are jealous period !

Think about this...we have a President who just said he likes to see his staff fight in front of him in order to make decisions. Like they are gladiators instead of professionals!! Trump calls people names and belittles them in front of their colleagues. Sound like a horrible, bullying boss? More than just bad behavior at work...Trump models the worst leadership BULLY qualities you can see at home too.
CHRISTINE PORATHJUNE said in a 2015 article: "Rudeness and bad behavior have all grown over the last decades, particularly at work. Bosses produce demoralized employees through a string of actions: walking away from a conversation because they lose interest; answering calls in the middle of meetings without leaving the room; openly mocking people by pointing out their flaws or personality quirks in front of others; reminding their subordinates of their “role” in the organization and “title”; taking credit for wins, but pointing the finger at others when problems arise. Employees who are harmed by this behavior, instead of sharing ideas or asking for help, hold back.
"I’ve surveyed hundreds of people across organizations spanning more than 17 industries, and asked people why they behaved uncivilly. Over half of them claim it is because they are overloaded, and more than 40 percent say they have no time to be nice. "
The advice is simple...avoid task overload...actually learn to say good things about co-workers--actively encourage staff to compliment one another...do not participate in gripe sessions at the office.... and NEVER EVER EVER give a bully an audience. Bullies --especially if it is a supervisor--need to be reported to HR or singled out as particularity toxic in your job setting. Senior leadership must explicitly identify and ban bullying behaviors at work. Do NOT tolerate it at home or at work---bullying, belittlement of groups or persons, making jokes about how people look, is nor normal even if our kids do it for fun!! Adults who are taunting and teasing other adults are sick people who did not grow up---do not work for them and avoid working with them!

I would suggest that you should seek counseling from a caseworker who specializes in PTSD cases since that could lead to PTSD. You could also help others who experienced workplace bullying. Workplace bullying is nothing new, just wasn't brought into light until the advent of social media.
