I was told on the interview if I didn't work out for that position they would find another one I could do, so i didn't worry about leaving my already secured company I worked for. The so called person in charge got rid of 3 people before me and 15 months later got rid of me. She herself made more mistakes but had been there longer. If they don't like you them you dont work there. Regardless of your job skills.
