Interviews

What advice would you give someone who has little experience in their field, severe anxiety, and had minimal job experience on what to articulate in an interview?

Interviews make me very nervous. First remember to breath, answer the questions asked, speak to the skills that you bring to the job and that you are eager to learn, especially when you are applying for entry level work. Good luck

Hi Natalie M. Rains, CCMA nice to see you! I would say the first thing to tackle would be the anxiety as that will definitely have a tendency to hold you back. You can do this by seeking professional help, joining a support group specifically geared towards those suffering from anxiety, and also make sure to take walks outside and do good things for yourself. Anything healthy to help lessen your stress is a positive thing! As far as experience I would try to gain it the best way you can, through internships, working part-time at a position if they aren't willing to hire you full time just yet and working your way in! Wishing you the best! Feel free to message me if you need anything!
