Competing opportunities - should I tell the potential employers and recruiters

I have been progressing through numerous interviews one through direct application and 2 through recruiters. They are beginning to diverge from a schedule standpoint. For the job I want over the others, they seem to be wrap us the process longer than ones that are really backups (recruiters) should I tell them I have other opportunities that are competing for my talents to help get a potential offer faster?

I would not. However, I would set my own time limits for employer response and make my decision based on those time limits. Think of this; how would you feel if an employer said “we are interviewing several candidates.” It doesn’t feel good to me.

It can go either way, I would try to find out how interested they are in you as candidate. Figure out where they are in the process of offering you a job
