Need help answering interview questions when you’ve never had a job?
Have you been asked, “Have you ever had a difficult customer? How did you solve the situation?”. Yet you’ve never had a job before? Instead of saying “No” but this is what I would do, give an example of a bad experience you had AS the customer and what did you learn from that employee? Maybe they didn’t even listen to you or make eye contact, did they blow you off? These are things that you learned how NOT to be. Give yourself more credit, you may not have a job but you know what customer service should look like.

These answers look great.Customers' shoes is perfect.i had some difficult customers on phone work assignment. Many times,i would just tell them thanks for telling me,I am documenting your complaint and will send it up,you know.If you have never ever had a difficult customer, then prepare yourself in your mind how you will react,so when it happens you will go straight to your procedure without taking it personally.(even if it is a personal jab).I once had 3 back to back angry calls... I started thinking they were routing the mad people all to me (for training purposes)... It takes practice,,, I tried thinking of something funny while they're yelling,,,but many times while a caller or customer is yelling, they will say something that will help you with your next move.Careful listening, let the customer vent,re assure them that you are there for them ( til 5pm anyway ) :)

You have to see things from the other way around by putting yourself in their shoes.

I will say that people respond in the way that they feel and not in the way that people should think because thinking is a skills, on the other side feelings kill the skills!

If you have never worked. I would tell the interviewer this will be my first job. I would also tell them that I would listen to the customer until they were finished. I would then ask the customer what they think would be fair and make them happy. I would apologize and explain what I could do to resolve the issue.
