For Reservations, be on time - you can't clock in late and have constant excuses about why you need time off when you start out. Be prepared to work your schedule and then learn to trade when needed. Best part about job is the flexibility. If you aren't disciplined to keep track of time, won't be a good fit.

Personality, teamwork, loving what you are going for, positivity, excitement to help an airline that people love. They really look for a strong willingness to work hard and to be an exceptional team player. Professionalism and pride, yet humility to do what it takes to make the customer have the best travel experience possible. When things go wrong or someone, whether a customer or a teammate to act with empathy and sincerity.
