Hi Diane, Why shave off 10 years of experience? Those years should be taken in account as a great strength, my friend, but in this culture they are flipped onto their asses as a liability!!!! Its a dishonest and disrespectful culture towards those who have a good deal of experience and thus a good deal of age yo here in the U.S. . Peace . .
