certified phlebotomy tech needs experience, but where. I live i. SoCal
How can I get hired as a new Phlebotomy tech, if I can't get the experience. I have gone on a few interviews & then an email "thank you for apolying,but". It's so fraustrating. How van I get the experience if I can't get hired?
