Unemployment
Hey I have a question ! I’m on maternity disability my two other children age 5 and 11 are doing virtual school from home ! Am at the end of my disability I ask my boss if I could work from home like I did when covid first started and he said no it’s doesn’t se who’s that will work ! Will I be able to apply for unemployment ?

Hi Zuleyka. I am so sorry you are in a tough position, but my suggestion would be to keep working as it is very unlikely that you will receive UI if you refuse to go back to your job. Alternatively, you could also quit and start a new job that you are able to work from home, but do not leave your role until you secure a new one.
