Application process
I applied for 3 different positions at a specific Walmart that posted the openings online back on 9 October and they haven’t even reviewed the application. How long does it take for someone to review the application? I passed the application process. I check everyday but to no avail. If they have positions open then why don’t they check the application I posted to at least review it? It’s frustrating to say the least.
You need to call HR. Stay on top of it. Let them know your serious.
I spoke to a cashier at Wal-Mart a couple of days ago. She said she never received a call from them after she submitted her online application. She got the job only after repeatedly contacting them. So, maybe go by the store or call them and introduce yourself.

Alexander it depends on what position you applied to. Is it in the warehouse logistics or at a store? The new system has jobs you can apply to before they actually have openings with Walmart Logistics. The application stays on file for 60 days and if an opening come up they will contact you. I’m not sure how the store side works. I recently worked in HR on the logistics side through last November. Definitely follow up with the HR people partner and see if what you applied to has an actual opening.
