I applied for a Marketing Specialist position via iHire.com and last Friday I got an email (probably a "robo-email") from the HM saying he was "VERY excited" about my background. So he asked if I would click on this link and answer three questions and RECORD my responses via video from my phone. I look terrible on these things, but I gave it my best shot. The questions were quite generic and subjective. I hope this isn't a trend in which HM are screening for how people "look." :-(
