Feeling old
I'm 57 years old getting back into the restaurant business boy do I feel like I've been punched in the gut!Discrimination is so real these younger people are so horrible made me feel like I'm stupid .The computers are not my best thing but I can keep up as far as taking care of customers and then some .How many of you are feeling my pain?

Many of us have many impediments that trigger our minds to stop following our dreams. Age is but a number and we are living in an era where we can retrieve information on how to's. Don't allow yourself to underestimate your power. When there's a will there's always a way...you just got to find it...it's in there somewhere.... There are many people in the world that are less fortunate and I've known of their stories how they were determined to make something out of nothing! Determination is the key to make a change... it's never too late while you are still living! Be blessed..
Don't be discouraged:) It's hard some times, but having ALOT of different experiences I NEVER let anything get in my way. Just take your time learned new things and keep positive! Your good attitude will be noticed.
I'm out of work right now & too old to work my way back in. I'd look for another opportunity in the same type of position with a different business. Then, after I had found one, I'd take off & move on.

Ajaz, I think you need a lesson on manner and respect before you post. Remember what comes around do go around. Just think what changes with go around by the time you get 57. Hope you are able to keep up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should have always kept in contact with new technology. If you have not then you have to suffer.
Sometimes experience is better than youth hang in there you'll be their boss in no time .it happens
STOP CRYING AND GET WORKING , NEVER GIVE UP EVER
Go to your local Library, they usually offer free computer training. You can do this. We are still valuable.
