I want to join the military but no idea what role to choose. What I want is something that's really in demand, something where they will train me up, and I'll be really useful in my job. Ideally, it would be in a field that I could land a good job in after military life. I'm looking at technical roles like electrician, plumber, vehicle mechanic/other mechanic, metal worker, crane/specialist vehicle driver, stuff like that, I'd like to choose one high in demand with good post-military career options.
