Toxicity at its finest
I left a good job for one I thought was better. I answered an ad with an opportunity making 55k a year I was hired immediately by the company under the impression it was 55k it was not 38500k below my co workers who were entry level. This company had no policies or internal controls in place I suggested some ideas that would've made the internal controls in place and such. The CEO offered to bring my pay from 38500 to 45k then it would increase to 55k by years end then on Thursday 9-5 I was terminated for telling the company internal controls really need to put in place. I found out that now I'm being implicated for theft because of the termination I now have to hire a attorney to protect myself for which. I'm being accused of doing. I know I didn't do anything wrong on either front the owner has conned about 75 taxpayers thinking he could do financial records and male the taxpayer not owe money. So once again my kindness was a weakness.
