How are you over qualified or have too much experience for a job?
Im tired of going on job interviews and they tell me I have too much experience. Like how is that possible it's aggravating and I feel like its discrimination when the hire someone with no experience over a person with experience

I have 25 years in metal I deburred aerospace for 15yrs exclusively you never tell them how much you actually know because then they think they have to pay you more but as you go along and they see how qualified you are you get bumped up
