The below areas of experience would be ideal: Healthcare experience from a Payer’s perspective Healthcare Claims projects experience Healthcare Enrollment/Eligibility projects experience Healthcare Capitation experience & FFS Claims Provider data management experience Experience with Claims certification, auditing, and recovery Experience with end to end processing. Responsibilities: Should be able to manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously. Develop project plan, risk mitigation strategy, traceability matrix. Develop project budget and tracking to the budget. Employs best practices and standards and has understanding of the key project metrics. Should be comfortable managing changing & competing priorities. Should be able to manage difficult stakeholders Should have strong analytical skills and must be able to ramp up quickly to the application domain and company processes. Should have experience developing presentations and presenting them to senior executives Should be able to improve existing processes and create new processes for efficiency and to improve quality. Should have some technical application development background to understand the requirements and design of the project to engage the right resources and provide accurate estimates. Skills: Must have 5 -7+ years of experience managing projects. Experience with Project Methodologies, such as: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word. Great Interpersonal Skills Excellent Communication Skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Nice to Have: SDLC knowledge PMP Certification
