Weird, sad and stupid!
I went to this Art Director interview, with a 22-year-old interviewer, at the moment she asked me how old I was and I said 40, she saw me, closed the papers and said... Ohh I'm sorry, You are just too old for this, I thought you had 35, should I get you a cab?

Age discrimination. The next time you get a question like that, you need to ask to speak to HR and the interviewer's boss immediately as this is a federal violation. I'd also contact the state Labor Board if you have the interviewer's name and the company you interviewed with.

Discussed she was foul that's not cool or right u need a lawyer a ASAP u can take them to court there no reason u need to look in it but remember 1 door closed another door open In God's eyes trust me
