I myself am job searching and getting interviews dressed professional and answering questions correct feeling as if I did an awesome job especially when the employer nods, smile and have looks of amazement on their faces while being interviewed. As we all know the economy is pretty messy and sometimes companies have budget cuts and they can't hire as planned, so they reach out to temp agencies. Why because they do not have to pay benefits, They can keep a temp from a few weeks to a few months when it's over they can wait a few months and pick up a temp again. Way cheaper.
