I would like to give a warning to all professionals out there. This company is by far the biggest disappointment in my career. I'm in Management and the way this corporation runs their stores and treats the employees is beyond unethical. Store Manager bonuses are taken away regularly for working in high crime areas for large amounts of theft. No consideration is given to excellent managers going above and beyond expectations. It's often for circumstances that are uncontrollable, or against company policy to take action against and local authorities can not keep up with. The bottom line here is you absolutely DO NOT want to work for this company. I hear Quick Trips is a company that values all of their employees and treats them really well.
