HELLO ROHILA help those that REALLY need it and take care of yourself first. Iam always the STRESS GIVER NOT THE STRESS TAKER you need to take care of your family first because if you get stressed out who will take care of them .those you cant help refer them to those who can. LIFE IS TOO SHORT to not have it your way. Good Luck

Hi Rohila. Maybe you need to start looking for other employment. I to was working a job at night where my co worker slept most of the night. This went on for over a year. The manager/ owner knew about her sleeping but nothing was done. She was reported by family members who took pictures of her and sent to the owner. Still nothing. And when other staff that worked with her during the night told the owner about it still nothing. We work in healthcare and residents need care during the night. It's not fair when one person does most of all of the work while she slept. This is 12 hours shifts. I quit on the 8/16 of this year. So glad I did. It removed alot of the stress . Don't let yourself get sick behind nothing you can't change. God will open a door for you and he will not put more on you then you can bear and he will make a way out for you as he did for me. Best to you.

Why does helping co-workers cause this issue? Most people do that every day at work... Is there more to this?

Good to hear that you don't mind helping a worker out.On jobs today people turn away from helping other just too see them fall. But back to your situation, if you there helping them ask yourself are they really apply themselves to the jod, sometime people want do the job fully because they know help will come. Discuss with worker what the problem they having.Maybe they need to be retained. God BLESS You for your help but we'll have a limited .

If you are going to help your fellow coworkers they should be along side of you and be willing to back up their reasons for why they feel they are being treated unjustly.

Hi Rohila khan - that does sound very stressful. What are you trying to help your coworkers with? There's a saying "Don't set yourself on fire to keep others warm." I think it applies to your situation.. you shouldn't be worrying yourself sick and ruining your health trying to help them. You have to set limits!!

Let us know some more specifics on what you're trying to help them with and Jobcasers will be able to provide some actionable advice!
