The thing I loved most about working at D&D had to be working with my hands and building things, I started workout my with saws cutting material..As the years went on I progressed through the whole building from start to finish and finally landed a supervisor position running the Paint and Finish department which put 20+ employees who worked for me.The kind of family feel like team we built was nice and loved the position that even though came with stress and solving problems and meeting deadlines and quotas everyday, that kept my drive to keep advancing in the company and making a career out of it, unfortunately in the end we didn’t have the same agreement on the pay rate area for a long time and I gotta keep pushing for the top and if it ain’t reachable, I gotta move on and do what’s best for me and my wife and kids..
