Ask a lot of questions, maybe bring a little pad to write information down, that you need to remember. Be friendly, look whom ever is speaking to you in the eye. Someone that used to be the Director of the Pharmacy Dept. told me , that if you don’t know how to use something( copy machine) you will be smarter if you asked how to use it. I never forgot that.
