What is the job? Be a lead member of the maintenance team as it performs predictive, preventative, and improvement base maintenance ensuring safety, quality and productivity of the work performed. Job Duties and Responsibilities: •Define, develop and execute maintenance inspection and maintenance plans •Actively perform failure and root cause analysis and propose and execute the proper corrective action plan •Propose, develop and execute master plans to continue to improve maintenance performance, focusing on safety, reliability, and maintainability •Program the necessary maintenance activities in PM Days and REX (Extraordinary Repairs) •Technically supervising the maintenance activities performed by third parties, assuring safety, quality and productivity while performing the activities •Guarantee the availability of critical spare parts •Propose and control maintenance costs budget •Be a technical referent for equipment or technology under his/her responsibility •Actively participate and collaborate with production teams in increasing KPIs (key performance indicators) •And other duties as assigned

What is required by the job? •High schools diploma or equivalent •2 to 3 years’ industrial maintenance experience or technical degree, associate’s degree, certificate or equivalent in related field •Knowledge of mechanical & transmission equipment •Knowledge of lubrication theory and systems •Knowledge of AC motor systems •Knowledge of power distribution and motor control systems (high & medium voltage) •Knowledge of equipment inspection techniques •Knowledge of predictive maintenance •Knowledge of hydraulic equipment preferred •Knowledge of instrumentation systems preferred •Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic controllers) preferred
