I was on disability and they terminated me. I was never notified by human resources my co worker called me and i was also on fmla. I filed complaints against my lead for harrassment. I requested a copy of my personal file. While on disability they requested a confetence call with two managers and a lawyer.

You need to get a good lawyer because you have a discrimination case based on your disability and violation of fmla laws.

You need to contact the fmla and make a complaint because it appears that they have violated fmla laws. contact a good lawyer to protect your disability rights from discrimination.

Service Consultant at Progressive Insurance Companies

That is a terrible situation, but as others on this post are stating definitely consult an attorney. In addition you may want to see if you can obtain a employee handbook from the employer, and locate any info as it pertains to your termination. Is there a progressive discipline process ( Verbal, Written, Final Warning and lastly Termination)? Make sure that your employer can provide any documentation regarding any corrective disciplinary taken against you within the company employment guidelines. If you were termination for for any violation of company codes, make sure that they provide that written termination letter. Lastly, you want to make sure that you are not employed in a "at will" state. I am in Ohio, and this is an at will state, and that means that any company that has offices in this state can at will, terminate your employment without rhyme or reason or adequate notification. As long as the termination does not violate any EEO, or civil rights rules, then they can cut you lose. So make sure your state is not an at will state. Make sure you are being provided a tangible paper trail leading up to your termination. And keep the faith. Good luck to you.
