Hotchkiss School (CT) - irector of the Hotchkiss Fund

The Hotchkiss School (CT) in its search for a Director of the Hotchkiss Fund, a dynamic, aggressive annual giving program that raises over $5 million/year and ranks amongst the top in the country in terms of dollars raised per constituent.

Founded in 1891, Hotchkiss is one of the country's strongest boarding schools, with roughly a 400 million dollar endowment. It is located on a beautiful 550-acre lakeside campus in the "Northwest Corner" of Connecticut.

The Hotchkiss School seeks an exceptional and experienced Director to lead a team of four annual giving professionals. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer and serving as a senior member of the development team, the Director of The Hotchkiss Fund has the overall responsibility for the organization, planning, and management of the School’s program in seeking annual unrestricted gifts.

I would deeply appreciate any thoughtful nominations. The ideal candidate is a fundraising professional with a strong track record working in a multi-million dollar annual giving program and experience managing a small development team.

All inquiries will be confidential and should be sent to me directly. Very competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience and the national independent school and college markets.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on prospective candidates. All the best for a most successful start to the school year.

Warm regards,

Jonathan
