On an interview you should wear...
My experience at Conduent was super nice! The management were most are young and professionals and take pride about their jobs. I was really encouraged and motivated to be part of this company. You must follow rules and listen carefully. They really strive to help you make it and prepare you well for the job. I would recommend certainly this company. Everyone is friendly and professional and take the job seriously. It is a federal job! It must be taken serious!. To answer the top question: Business attire. It gets super cold and although, they have their jean days and casual days once you are in. You need to present yourself as a professional. There are times the top supervisors come to visit and they want to see and know we are professionals.
I dressed professional for a bartending job, got hired on the spot. First impressions make a difference!

Kim you got it going on, an I am proud of you go sharing it with others.... An for that person that say some people come to as interview in flip flops ands pj bottoms, I have to agree with her to ,cuz I have seen it. When you go for a interview you only have one time to make.a good first impression, if you blowbthat then the ship will sail and you are left standing on the shore......

Wow,and this is for who? Not trying to be rude but really? Common knowledge if you want to work anywhere.Maybe this is for your peers? Because nowadays they come in pjs,flip flops,beach wear.So this has to be for people 25 and under.
