They say they don't discriminate against age, but i don't believe that. I'm 60 years old, i have experience in home center stores like them. i also have 20 years experience driving forklifts but i still cant get a job..I've sold paint , lumber .hardware and flooring. You would think i could be an asset to a company like that.

His reply if snagajob has selected you you will be notifyed by email. smh I have even call the manager again and his reply they are still interviewing. I DON'T BELIEVE IT!! I FEEL YOU ON THE ASSESSMENT TEST. SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT WHEN YOU DO THE TEST, THE ANSWERS NEED TO BE AGREE ( OR ) DISAGREE, NOT ANYTHING IN BETWEEN, BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE YOU CANNOT MAKE A DECISON. BUT MY THING IS ,SOME OF THE QUESTIONS ARE NOT JUST AGREE ( OR) DISAGREE, SO I FIGURE THEY WANT ME TO LIE TO GET THE JOB.......... I went through the whole routine as well . I did this 2 months ago and I have not heard anything at all from them . I feel that if I spend my valuable time going through the precess I should hear something from them . I would not recommend this company at all

Sometimes you have to wait a week or so because of the fact that there are others who also did the application and assessment. Therefore it doesn't mean that you won't get the job it just means that they probably haven't gotten to your application yet.
