False accusations
A fellow associate has falsely accused me of something and has gone to the manager with this. It is strictly his word against mine, with no witnesses. I feel sick. I have requested the manager review any cameras that may have been recording at the time. What can I do in a situation like this? I've got a 7yr. clean track record on my side yet I believe the manager is seeking advice on how to move forward from this point on. I have done no wrong and refuse to own any of these accusations. What now?

Its seems like a defamation of character. Whos side is your manager is taking?

Put your explanations in writing and request a fair hearing and then file a formal complaint about this person that lied about you, requesting her to prove it or be fired.

Look for a job elsewhere

Just got to do wat is right n real and don't own up to them if their not true and go about it in the right procedures and actions that should be taken in a professional manner str8 up

Hi Mary Jane, how long have you worked at your job. The reason I ask. I would use how long you been working for them an if you have been coming to work on time. Yes. I hope the manager or hr dep will look at cameras since you say no one else saw this. Let me know if you are able to use what I would use to my advantage. Good luck

That is a hard one to give advice on is anyone else you work with confirming what your coworker is saying about you? Have they got any history of causing problems for other people it would be something to look into. These type of people usually get off on trying to get people in trouble. You are probably not the first one they have targeted may even be a good idea for your manager to contact any previous employers to see if this person caused any problems there.

Document everything, no matter what. Unfortunately, these types of situations do not always have a "fair" outcome, and I am speaking from experience. Hopefully your 7 years of a good reputation will serve you well. Praying for a good outcome for you.

You can threaten them with taking this false allegations to the EEOC for employment discrimination. Until you have been officially been written up. I wouldn't stress too much about it until your manager lets you know what she's going to do. You have to have evidence that you are being accused of something. My personal experience is that an alleged accussation isn't Proven unless you did something you were accuse of and as long as you deny it, that is all that matters. Denying in an email is helpful too for papertrial reason.

show me i did not do that i may f my life up i do that ok im out thanks but no thanks
Sorry, but you r not guilty till proven guilty with enough evidence to support their claims.
