The middle of September I turned 60 years old, I had asked the employer I was working for if I could go to part time because I was losing all my benefits working full-time. The pay however, wasn't enough for me to live on without my benefits of Social security disablity and my medical through the state. Well long story short two weeks after I asked to go to Part time I was being walked out the door for customer mistreat. I was blown away by this really.All my surveys for users were coming back 10 which is the outstanding service stamp according to the company. Then I get told I mistreated a customer in email. Also failed to authenicate someone back in july? When I filed for unemployment however, they stated totally different reasons for terminating from the company.My unemployment has been denied and I am getting ready to lose my home, my car and everything. I was homeless three years for eight months I can't do that again I am fighting the determination of unemployment even told them I wanted to see he originals of all coachings and Finals they are now saying they gave me. ( all of switch are lies) even said if need be i will bring my Attorney into it. Was I wrong to say that?
