Heathcare job after early retirement.
I would like someone to critique my resume. I will be 55 November 13 and hoping my job offer me an early retirement package this year. The package will allow me to put down enough money to purchase a house. I will differently go back to work. Probaby within 6 months. I will still work for healthcare.
Also, how can I begin to compile information from on resume for a specifc job position I am not fully quailied? I might have some skills but I may not have a bachelor or master's degree?

Hi Arnetta: That sounds like a good plan. Based on of the information on your profile, I would suggest using bullet points with key roles you did at your current and previous jobs. When writing a resume, keep these four things in mind: What was role at your job? How you did your role? How it benefits the company and how have you grown with skills you have learned?
