MEB district manager sucks. She is not supporting her people and does not know how to reward those who make her look good. I worked for Sonoma Pines in Peoria. This was a good location for me but there are residents there who make trouble or get so drunk they just go crazy. I got fired because those who called corporate instead of the property manager made complaints. First of all the receptionist should have referred the resident to call the property manager. Second is the district manager does not support her people who work hard to make her look good. I lost a nice job but they don't pay very well also. I was there almost a year and did not get a raise. My advice is to not work for MEB
