I compare my job-hunting patience to the biblical Job. I took me more than 16 years from the time I applied to to the time I was hired by the company I retired from and achieved my ideal job. The company is diversely-large and difficult to get into. However, at the time of my application they promised to keep my resume if I update it yearly .
