This law states that anyone over 70 must stay at home along with that face mask, hand washing, stay 6 ft apart etc. this was enacted because so many of us have underlying health conditions in addition to age. I am currently 72 yo with underlying cardiac, respiratory, and renal issues. I am employed full time as a night nurse in a nursing home in upstate NY. I am getting more than just a little worried about the risks I am taking coming to work. I am wondering if I could be eligible for unemployment until I could return to work in the same position taking my health and Matilda’s Law. Thank You, Deb
