Documenting Is Important
It is amazing how people will try to twist what you say although it's written in black and white. Would it be easier just to ask for clarification instead of intentionally manipulating or altering what in plainly written? Documentation is important ,but keep it straight and plainly to the point.

Hi Elonda: Thanks for posting to Jobcase! I always recommend documenting as much as possible, especially when you're in a contentious situation. That means emails, text messages, etc. You never know when you'll need the paper trail!
