The New Recruitment Process
Has anyone found seeking employment through an agency provides better outcomes than applying to online sites? I tend to feel the on line signs has the feel if my resume being entered into the abyss.

I've had a series of mixed results with temp agencies and recruiters in the past but I know exactly what you mean when it comes to the online application deadend. I was able to turn two temp assignments into full time jobs that's were actually pretty good jobs. My experience with recruiters/headhunters have all been a Bust. I think those services are too inconsistent and expensive to explore any further. I hear walk in applications are making a comeback; fingers crossed!

I would like to go through an agency. I never have. I have noticed a better outcome for those who have.
