I need some advice
i play video game's to help me with hand eye coordination even though i have good hand eye coordination lately my hand eye coordination is very bad and i keep feeling like im gonna go blind and i don't play video game's that much and i try to not spend that much time on them when i play but video game's this is embarrassing and hurts me to say but it helps my brain.

Devane, I can tell you that video games definitely help my hand-eye coordination too. It's not embarassing to say that they help your brain! This study by Psychology Today is a really great example of how they can help. If you're concerned about going blind, however, I'd talk to a medical professional about that. But I hope keep on gaming, Devane! :) What's your favorite video game?
