Stacey, As a recruiter I can tell you that as October approaches UPS will start the holiday hires. In most cases at UPS or Fed Ex, you almost always start out as picker/packer, loading trucks every night overnight to make sure they are loaded and ready for the driver . The average picker/packer can make it to driver within 4 years, again that is an average of time.
