I Hate this crap I think everyone who breaths should call there congressman and senator's about this we all have rites but this only gives power to the company not the workers that make them millions we and our constitution give us the rite to live and work and worshipp not to dye in poverty i went to a interview one time. I walked through the building cashiers stock people guys unloading trucks entered the office the manager told me his name I returned mine put his feet up on the desk and said I don't need you you need me.I thought just for a second and replied well are you going to cashier well no are you going to stock well no are you going to unload trucks well no.Then you do need me like you need the others that are doing there jobs well your a smart man when can you start I would no work for you if you paid in gold and walked out that the way so many companies think let every body leave watch there profits drop tunes change quick

Hi Mike, I get what you are saying. Employers need the workers they hire to make their money. We all need each other. The flaw in your argument though is there is the one employer and there are hundreds of people who want that job. It comes down to supply and demand. Currently, there are more people looking for work than there are jobs so employers are more arrogantly selective.

Turn the autocorrect off on your smartphone. Really, autocorrect often just gets in the way.

Right to Work laws have nothing to do with a constitutional right to employment. They have to do with unions and how employees in union environments are not to be compelled to join unions or pay union dues but still be afforded the same union benefits of contributing members. The US Constitution grants no right regarding a guarantee of employment.

Right To Work states that this for a reason, to weed out undesirable candidates and to find the best fit for their company. Yes, a lot of company managers are hard heads, but to be fair, some of their choices are limited in the hiring pool. I live in a Right To Work state and I don't blame that at all for me being unemployed. I was with a good company for eighteen years and when they "restructured" my position I didn't fit their needs. The day I was let go, I came home and signed up for community classes in the area I was deficient. I'm still looking, but something will come my way. Until then, I will keep updating my skills so I have the most current skills I need.
No disrespect either Mikel, but your spelling and grammar are horrible. I had to read your post twice to understand it. If you want to have "job security" I suggest you learn a trade and join a union. Just my opinion.

I don't really understand your post, Mikel.
I'm sorry but all my life.I have fought for the little guy. The one who can't defend themselves. I think every school I went to I would fight the bully and we would fight not for me to take his place but to put a stop to his practice.I Have worked from the age of 12.But over the years. I Have made companies millions and was treated like i was less than dirt. This is 2017 it's time for these practice to stop.we don't ask for a lot just respect dignity compassion a decent wage.
