The customer was angry about something he didn't get with his order. So I apologized and he still was not happy and walked away. I in turn went and got then gave the customer what he was upset about not getting. Before he left he to the counter and ask to speak to me. He apologized and he said he had already been having a bad day. But for what I did, it turned his whole day around and thanked me for the excellent service I gave him.
