Felons for hire.
I really need help. I have three felonies on my record.Whenever I apply for a job that is the only thing they see. I am a very hard worker and enjoying working but I cant seem to get companies to look past my felonies. None of the have anything to do with stealing. What is the best way for my to let my potential employer know about my felonies while still giving me a really good chance of securing a position with said companies? Please help me. Thank you for your time
