Answering the phone?
Every time my phone rings I think it the employer but end up being foreigners callers,scammers, and sales people calling. Do I keep answering the phone with hopes being the job or pick up and hang up to listen ?

Hi Autumn - That's a tough one! I would say you should answer the phone calls that come from the area codes where you have applied to, and maybe let the area codes you don't recognize go to voicemail. If they turn out to be an employer, they most likely will leave a voicemail for you!
