I was working for walmart now for 3 month now there policy .is awful I have a problem with the store Manger first in which I went to her Manger and reports her for treating me by saiding I will be fired all the time next I went on to be a cashier and being i want above the store Manger head all the other Manger are giving me a hard. today they said I was out of uniform and told me to go buy a shirt in there store in which I refuse so they told me to clock out in which I did so now I will get fired

What was their policy? Going to the other managers was the right to do, but refusing to buy a shirt to continue working might have been the last straw.

write down the dates of said incidents that way you have a easier time if you need to file an appeal for unemployment. good luck.
