Since when do Employers get to Lie at the interview?
I'm writing this out of great frustration. Here in Richmond, VA. the last 3 employers I have had flat out lied at the interview about the work, and their expectations. The first time, I thought maybe it was my understanding. So I explained the interview to my trainer, whom, confronted the Area Supervisor who had done my interview, and he ADMITTED to it! 2nd job, similar, once I realized that the information from the interview didn't match reality, I addressed it to my supervisor, who then addressed it to her supervisor (the person who had interviewed me) and he admitted it too! So now here I sit, looking for a job, with 3 employers in a single year on my work history, making me look bad, because they lied. As a result, I'll probably have to take an entry level job, despite over a decade of manger background.
They are human just like us all so it should be expected from time to time
