Discrimination
I am going through the same discrimination and have been sort of asked to volunteer to resign although have worked for 13 years for the same employer.
DO NOT RESIGN! They don’t have enough to fire you yet, but they are so be prepared! Keep detailed notes in meetings referencing your performance. 13 years is a long time why were you asked to resign?
This topic is very hard to prove and co workers are afraid of retaliation from any participation on the employees behalf.
Don’t resign that will jeopardize your unemployment benefits. Sign up for unemployment insurance and then talk to EEOC and file a complaint. Good luck and I wish you all the best. So sorry this happened after thirteen years of service to your employer. Let me know how you are progressing!
Yes don't Resign. God makes all and Everything work together for the truth and the greater good ....will is good. . God is in controll not your Employers. Trust in him nd love God and don't loose that we all just need to Love eachother and Respect eachother... stop the over criminalizing . Materialists . Actions. We all need to be accountable for our own. Actions. No one just loves eachother and respects eacother. Anymore . Makes me heart sick so EMPTY . GOD BLESS YOU STAY STRONG. It hurts to read all these posts from anybody. The spelling, grammar, punctuation etc. It's exhausting. I'm not sure if it is done on purpose or if people think it is correct.
Thats unfortunate . Im sorry to hear that b ut im not going threw any discrimination.

It's really embarrassing and tough situation to take care of..But just be honest to yourself and analyse and try to interlink what your boss or employee said..what happened..I mean how he can ask you to resign voluntarily without any reason..you have a right to ask for clarification..you have a right to give clarfication..just gather your peace..look at your future n needs..n gather your whole positive energy ..show your employer your past work records..show him how you are an asset..how did you work hard together with other co workers..n have contributed to the organization..if you are able to communicare.i don't see it is impossible for him to continue your employment..he is not your enemy..he has been related with you although just as an employer but..for last 13 years.. Please don't hesitate to apologise..n to be honest..its question of your morality n future..ve brave..you are not a back stabber ..come corward n help yourself.
