Hi Basim, Crane Operator Apprentice Programs offer great opportunities to earn while you learn. The combination classroom and hands on training will allow you to learn the trade and business within a real world environment. You can look for an apprentice opportunity through a private company or local union organization specific to your trade of interest. I Googled a list of apprentice programs currently available in the state of California for your review. You might also want to take a look at the US Dept. of Labor Apprentice website to check out other apprenticeship opportunities, grants, and incentives being offered by the federal government. Please note that applying for an apprenticeship is an arduous process. Positions become open based on industry demand and there are application deadlines and prerequisites you’ll need to meet before you can be considered a candidate for an open position. Carefully review the application and training information on the attached link and call or correspond directly with the contact administrators identified for each program. Hope this is enough to get you started. Good Luck and feel free to reach out to me if you have any other information.
