Have been applying to this company for 3 years now. No response. No phone call, text message ir acknowledgement of my application. I have MORE than the necessary qualifications for any if not all if the positions mentioned. So if you are over 40 years of age, don't expect too much. I hope the "powers that be" read this.

Worst company to work for. They fire people left and right without warning and have impossible demands. Don't work for this terrible company- you'll just regret it.

I would love to have a job at a local Target here in Flagstaff, AZ.

I got all the way to the orientation and the hiring manager came out and told me I wasn't getting the job because I didn't pass my back ground check., I have a record which consists of a few misdemeanors , but my work history is great , I'm a college student working on my second semester with a grade point average of 3.19, and none of my arrests would hinder me from getting that job, the people that interviewed me even said i was a great interview but the computer system denied me? A computer system makes judgement calls for target? They didn't even give me a chance to show them how hard I work ,so the question was would I recommend people to work at target ? Only if u dont have a record because I feel discriminated against but I did find two jobs with big name company's so I'm ok. This is just my experience with this company but hey I'm Just a college student with a record trying to keep my head above water, pay my bills and feed my family. Thanks for the chance target! (Sarcasm lol)
