May 5 2017 at 1.05 p.m at 1260 Sedgwick Ave, Staduim Woman Shelter, i was told by my director mr. Grant that that H.R is here to see you her name is ms. Martinez from H.R.

Ms. Martinez sat me down just me and her no one else was present, she began to state her allegations against me the first one is am having sex for money with the clients,also favoritism with the food.

Ms. Martinez relpy we have to investigate. The meeting last about 10 mins me leaving with no paperwork or anything connected to the allegations of what the meeting was about10 mins

Now on may 12 2017 H.R calls my director grant about 3:30 p.m and telling me to go to H.R. i get to H.R , to meet with Mr. Erik alicea which is human resources manager.

The meeting was at 300 east 175th Street at H.R it last about 10 mins about allegations of sex with clients for money Erik hands me a paper with no allegations on it. The paper said am suspended due to investigation.
