I have applied for several IT jobs but without success because most of the Recruiting Agencies or Companies are run by the Indian groups.They promise u as the best fit for the job and request you sign a Right to Represent and you never hear from them again. This is frustrating and suspect of Discrimination because I accidentally received lots of emails in my junk mail that have a list of the Best Candidates or the Hot list with all 100% Indian candidates! They just pretend they are submitting our names to the client and yet omit our names in the final list. They even accept far less pay coz they've fake academic achievements and fake degrees from India plus exaggerated experience. This is a common practice and has to be stopped!
