Sit down for this, because it's about to get real. Why do people target you? I would offer up two reasons. 1) You look hispanic. People from Mexico and central America are usually desperate, and willing to work for anything, most likely because they have a child or sick relative that needs to cared for. 2) You don't have an impressive resume. You don't have knowledge or experience or job skills that can't be obtained by anyone else in a matter of days with a little training.

There are fewer high paying jobs, and I think that's because people don't value American labor. Look at how many people shop at Wal-Mart. Those shoppers are effectively saying "low price is more important than decent wages." How do you think Wal-Mart sell stuff so cheap? It isn't magic, or efficiency. I hear a lot about the "fight for 15" but I don't think any of those people are willing to pay higher prices to support higher wages.

Have you considered being a School Bus Driver? Most districts will train you, and the work is about 4-5 per day. Most places will offer benefits such as health insurance and sick leave. It is usually best working for a government run department as opposed to contracted services.

i am sort of called disabled because of of a certain diagnosis my doctor labeled me but it has never held me back from my goals i am not sure if i am getting this email through to yupe but bear with me i am sort of new at this so anyway this has never held me back for i have faith in things and that carries me through the day

And USA and it will show you a bunch of places that are hiring. I found my current position on one of these job boards. I work from home because I have a disability that keeps me from going out and working a regular 9 to 5 job . I have good days and bad days and I am productive at certain times of the day and this is the time of day that I work. You would be surprised to know how many people do work from home. Many people with disability work from home. I hope that helps that way you can stay at home and take care of your son and work at home.

Kimberly, I can say that Ms. Muse and Ms. Kleppinger are most likely right. I don't know what state you are in but to start with apply as your son's primary care taker. The city should pay plus transportation for you to take him to and from appointments. Next there is a monetary fund called Supplement Security Income. It could pay up to $650 per month to your son. Last he could get Part or most of the father's Social Security Payments IF!!!!! he's dead or no longer with the family unit. Let's be clear here..... Medicaid and food stamps should be available with this package. I haven't practiced social work in a little while, but I think that I am right. Ms. Ellis you gave me a hard one but I did the parts that I have worked with when I was a social worker. I'll try keeping up with you during the papers and the office visits to the office with your worker. This time Kim "GOD" didn't get the answers but Reginald did. I know the Bible thumpers hate it. Payday loans, investments, and jobs are some of the most common ones.
