My job skills are somewhat limited because I was a stay at home mom till the last 6 yrs. I need a full time job but can't seem to find anything but PT with my limited experience. I am 51 and am finding that I'm being passedover for positions that I am confident that I could do with a llittle training even though the company claimed they promoted from within first. Any suggestions?

Hi Christine: Have you tried following up on all the applications you’ve submitted? Try calling or emailing employers a few days after you’ve applied. It’s a great way to stand out from the online crowd. Also, make sure you apply for jobs through Jobcase with these steps:
